Business Developer in Fund Trading and Premium Pension
Do you want to be part of developing and managing complex solutions for fund trading, fund insurance, traditional insurance, and financial administration within the premium pension system?
We are now looking for a business developer with current and documented competence in fund trading and the financial market, as well as recent experience in fund insurance and the premium pension system, who wants to contribute to the development of business-critical processes and systems.
About the Job
In the role of business developer, you will work with analysis, development, requirements specification, and improvement of business processes and systems related to fund trading, fund insurance, and premium pensions. You will play a central role in translating the business's needs into clear requirements, especially in environments with in-house developed fund trading systems and complex integrations with the financial market.
You will, among other things:
- Develop and improve business processes within fund trading, fund insurance, and premium pension
- Requirements specification and business analysis related to in-house developed and/or market-leading fund trading systems
- Work closely with the IT team in further development and management of internal and/or external system solutions
- Participate in or lead change and development initiatives within fund trading and insurance administration related to premium pensions.
- Collaborate with internal and external functions to ensure a well-functioning business development of the premium pension.
- Identify efficiency opportunities and contribute to increased quality and stability in the premium pension operations

We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in economics, finance, computer science, or equivalent
- Documented and current experience of agile working methods according to SAFe, product ownership, and project management.
- Several years of experience in daily fund administration with fund trading, valuation, and register maintenance of funds, fund managers in fund trading systems with ancillary systems.
- Competence in requirements analysis, process mapping, and business-oriented system development.
- Documented experience acting as a link between business and IT
- Current and documented experience in business development within fund trading or fund insurance.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
It is advantageous if you have:
- Very good understanding of the premium pension system and its processes.
- Current and documented experience from fund administration within fund insurance, banking, or other government-related financial operations.
- Good knowledge of insurance technical flows within both traditional insurance and fund insurance.
- Documented work experience in fund share reconciliation, fund liquidation, and regulatory reporting.
- Certified product owner according to the SAFe framework.
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Java, C++) and experience in handling and analyzing large data sets.
